Rental Agent with Sales Drive and Digital Focus!

AB TrelleborgsHem creates safe and attractive housing in Trelleborg where people want to stay. We combine social responsibility with business acumen and local engagement, and we are now looking for a rental agent with sales drive, initiative, and social media skills who wants to make a difference.

As a rental agent, you are responsible for the entire rental process – from the first

contact to move-in. You work operationally and strategically to ensure that our properties are marketed correctly and rented out on time. You contribute ideas, new working methods, and creative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and TrelleborgsHem's brand.

Who are you?

You are results-oriented, sales-driven, proactive, and digitally competent. You thrive in customer meetings and see opportunities where others see routines. You have good knowledge of the Office suite as well as a strong ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Image processing and writing persuasive texts are part of the role, as well as managing social media. Knowledge of the property system Vitec is a plus, and a B driver's license is required.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Responsible for the entire rental process from termination to move-in.

• Contact with existing and potential tenants with a focus on sales and service.

• Inspections and showing of apartments.

• Ordering apartment renovations within the framework of options and HLU.

• Collaborate with colleagues to create attractive and competitive housing offers.

• Handing out and receiving keys.

• Marketing properties and the company via Boplats Syd, TrelleborgsHem's own marketing system, and social media.

• Handling illegal subletting.

• Staffing the Bobutik and telephone exchange.

• Evening and weekend work may occur.

• Contribute ideas and suggestions for new working methods and marketing efforts.
